Cristallo System 2 Linktrusion windows are coated with a unique patented and environmentally friendly process. Products are only coated at source with no overspray on gaskets (compared to windows that are retro sprayed). The original manufacturers warranty remains in place.
This is the first product of its type on the market with all over colour, providing a window that looks as good open as it does closed.
With options of 4 uni-colours, 2 bi-colours available from stock which gives 31 colour combinations available to order. Customers will eventually have access to 112 RAL Classic colours which have 3 base profile colours; White, Natural and Grey. The gasket colour (grey or black) is selected to compliment the coating colour.
Cristallo Linktrusion System 2 has a textured matt finish which is extremely durable making it highly, or in some cases, completely resistant to impact, scratches, abrasion and graffiti. A 10 year warranty as standard.
The water based paint with cold pigmentation reduces surface temperatures. The technical specification is similar to that of a solvent based coating, exceeding Qualicoat industry standard used for Aluminium coatings.
Profile bending is possible. All coating and handling equipment were co developed with an undisclosed company, with whom Cristallo entered into an exclusivity agreement. The new coating facility was conceived during 2012.

System 2 Standard
The Inner Strength
System 2 is unique. It uses ground breaking linktrusion technology, which offers true innovation. This means less handling during the manufacturing process due to fewer components, improving output speed and reducing your inventory. It’s also suitable for all types of project and architectural styles, making it a valuable addition to your portfolio.
Homeowners and specifiers will love it for its elegance and beauty. Plus it offers thermal and acoustic insulation excellence, superb inherent strength and security and comes in a wide range of colours and finishes.
The planet will love it because it’s lighter to transport than a conventional window, reducing its carbon footprint. And at the end of its life, it’s 100% recyclable.
The Technology
Standard windows are strengthened with galvanised steel, something that reduces the insulation value. Linktrusion’s core is a combination of foam containing recycled PVC-U and steel wire.
In today’s world, where we’re increasingly concerned about resources and sustainability, this simple change offers a wealth of benefits.

The Technology
Removing the galvanised steel core dramatically improves the thermal performance and increases UV resistance without compromising on strength, even in the largest of windows.
The unique construction of this product means it’s 30% better insulated, 40% lighter, more colour stable and more resistant to expansion than the traditional alternative.
